Product information, pricing, specifications, and availability may be updated when reasonably necessary. We may discontinue products or limit available quantities without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and size guidance before placing an order.

Cycling glove sizing may vary between styles. Measure your hand and compare the result with the information shown on the relevant product page.

Before use:

Check the gloves for visible damage or loose stitching
Confirm that the gloves fit without restricting normal hand movement
Secure adjustable wrist closures without overtightening
Use the gloves only for their stated general cycling or fitness purpose

HEROBIKERS cycling gloves are general-use accessories and are not represented as professional safety, crash-protection, or impact-protection equipment.

HEROBIKERS is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, an unsuitable size, unauthorized modification, improper care, or failure to follow available product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted after:

The checkout process is completed
Payment is successfully authorized through PayPal
An order confirmation is issued

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment authorization failure
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
An incomplete or unsupported shipping address
An obvious order-entry error

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.

The amount charged will be the total displayed and confirmed at checkout, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Applicable shipping charges and sales tax, when required, will be shown before payment is completed.

HEROBIKERS currently accepts payment through PayPal only.

Payment is charged when the customer submits and confirms the order. Customers must be authorized to use the selected PayPal account or payment method.

PayPal may decline, delay, or review a payment according to its own security and risk procedures.

HEROBIKERS does not directly store customers’ PayPal passwords or complete payment card details. Please review our Payment Policy for additional information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

HEROBIKERS currently ships only to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact HEROBIKERS before returning a product and follow the return instructions provided.

The contact address displayed on our website is not automatically the return address.

Unauthorized returns or items sent to an unapproved address may not be accepted or refunded.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation may be possible only before the order enters processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that shipment can be stopped.
